The Sirui SH15 Aluminum Video Tripod with Fluid Head is meant to be a cost-effective alternative with a professional look. A lightweight 2-stage aluminum tripod with a 75mm bowl and a compact fluid head with a 22-pound payload is included in the system. The working height varies from 31 to 61" and includes a built-in mid-level spreader for further stability. The tripod legs have oversized twist leg locks that enable quick and easy height adjustments.
The fluid head has a 360-degree pan rotation with an independent pan lock and a tilt range of -75 to 90 degrees. On the right side of the head, a pan bar is incorporated for rosette-mount attachment. In addition to rubber padding, the camera plate includes two red anti-twist flip locks that may be lifted to prevent the camera from shifting or twisting. For DSLR-style camera bodies, these flip locks are extremely useful.
Rubber feet of the tripod may be retracted to reveal spiky feet. The tripod may be utilized on smooth surfaces as well as soft and uneven outdoor terrain with these two alternatives. When the tripod is folded, the legs are secured by integrated leg buckles for safer storage or transit. The system is finished off with a padded, zipped, soft carry bag that makes transporting the SH15 a breeze.
