Leofoto PG-1 Gimbal Head, which is manufactured from T6061 aluminum. This, along with your lightweight tripod, allows you to easily travel greater distances with your equipment. The gimbal head allows you to record fast-moving scenes with a huge and heavy telephoto lens, something you would not be able to achieve otherwise by hand holding the lens.
The arm of the head swings back and forth and may be locked down at the desired angle, while the camera platform, which is Arca-type compatible, has a height adjustability of 245mm to aid in the balancing of a telephoto lens on the head Because of the printed scale on the side of the swing arm, future setups may be replicated.
