The Leofoto DC-364C center column is designed to be used with the Mountain LN-364C carbon tripod as well as the Summit series tripods. If necessary, you can raise the maximum working height by 42.5 centimeters. The central column is 32mm thick and weighs only 478 grams. It is comprised of 10 layers of cross-woven, reinforced carbon fiber, and CNC milled metal components. The top plate has a 3/8-inch tripod screw for attaching a professional tripod head. The DC-364C center column is smooth and easy to adjust thanks to the tripod plate's handy butterfly nut, which allows you to change the center column even while wearing gloves. Additionally, the middle column can be adjusted to allow for low-level work. For macro photography, for example, you can go very near to your subject. A carbon center column can fully absorb vibrations, but due to its lightweight, a counterweight is frequently required for stable work.
