  1. WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?

You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it from our supplier.

 

  1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY MONEY BACK?

A full refund will be issued to the original payment method after we receive, inspect, and confirm the products have not been opened. All customers must contact us after the package is returned and provide us with the tracking information so that we can process the refund.

Please Note: Most financial institutions take an average of 3-5 working days to process your refund.

 

  1. Why are abused products not refunded?

Camera Gear Store can not take responsibility for user abuse of products. If the product is deemed abused Camera Gear Store will notify you (the client) of our findings.

 

  1. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY RETURN?

Yes, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. We recommend that you use a tracking option to send your return as we cannot accept responsibility for any lost returns.
